The Curriculum

Four pillars. One complete fighter.

01

Fundamentals

Bumps, locks, transitions, rope work. The vocabulary every wrestler needs before the storytelling kicks in.

02

Ring Psychology

Crowd timing, heat control, finish placement. How a match becomes a story instead of a sequence of moves.

03

Character & Promos

Who are you when the music hits? Voice work, gimmick development, and on-camera training under real lights.

04

Business of Wrestling

Booking, travel, taxes, social media, and how to actually make a career out of this. The stuff the textbooks skip.

The Trainers

Learn from people who've done it.

Bobby Clancy
Head Coach, In-Ring · 5+ yrs

Bobby Clancy

Graduated the first cohort, never left. Bobby is the proof of concept: Ruthven-born, NCG-trained, and now leading the in-ring block for every new class that walks through the doors.

Tessa Blanchard
Women's Division Coach · 12+ yrs

Tessa Blanchard

Third-generation wrestling royalty and current NCG Women's Open Challenge holder. Leads the women's curriculum and pulls character work out of every student she trains.

Stone Rockwell
Conditioning & Strength · 9+ yrs

Stone Rockwell

Active NCG heavyweight who runs the strength and cardio block twice a week. If you can keep up with Stone, you can keep up with anyone on the card.

The Schedule
